Discovery At Home is hiring Home Health Aides & CNAs to join our growing team! Our caregivers have the option to work one on one with a client on an extended shift, or work in shift blocks, allowing for flexible scheduling for our clients & caregivers alike!
Our team is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers looking to make a positive difference! Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients with daily routines such as hygiene, meals, or exercise via a walk or activities.
- Assisting clients with transfers
- Housekeeping
- Errands locally or grocery shopping
Our clients live in apartment-style senior living communities, conveniently located on one campus!

Discovery HHA Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
- Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
- Help with general housekeeping.
- Work with a nurse, CNA, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
- Observe and report on patient condition.
Requirements for Getting Started...
- Possess CNA or HHA certification - WE OFFER PAID TRAINING!
- Must be able to use a mobile device.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to provide references.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
